Most of the jackets are Made to Measure and consider as Custom Orders.

You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have time till the 12th to initiate a return. If your item is damaged or quality issue or if the size is wrong from our mistake then it would be eligible for return or refund.

There is $20 Restocking Fee applied

Please keep in mind that you need to pay the shipping cost to send your returns. Please contact us first and tell us your issue of product return and we will share the nearest production house to you to send your return.

If you have chosen the wrong size or color of the product then it won’t be eligible for return or refund.

Note: Custom Orders not acceptable as Returns or Refund as they will designed and produced on your desired Size and Design.
